T Shirt Screen Printing

T Shirt Screen printing is a printing technique that uses a woven mesh to support an ink-blocking stencil. The attached stencil forms open areas of mesh that transfer ink as a sharp-edged image onto a substrate. A squeegee is moved across the screen stencil, pushing or pumping ink past the threads of the woven mesh in the open areas. Screen Printing is ideal for larger T shirt Printing jobs as there are set up costs of  making screens. A screen has to be made for ever colour per print. Screen set up fees can be up to $80 per screen per colour. We suggest that this method be used for large scale T shirt printing jobs only.

Dye Sublimation

Your design is printed (with the help of a specialised colour printer) in mirror reverse on a type of transfer Paper (dye sublimation paper). The maximum print size is 297mm X 360mm or A3. The printed material is placed face down on the Stubby panels or Mouse pads and pressed under highpressure and temperature. The ink turns into a gas and transfers into the fabric and bonds and give a picture perfect image onto the stubby panels,  mouse pads, Coffee Mugs etc. We use Artanium inks and have the latest epson 1410 A3 printiner for dye sublimation allowing us to get perfect colour quality.
